Otherwise maybe put a really heavy weight on one of your rods with heavy line and then tie a hook on a couple feet under the weight. Get that hook stuck on the lure and then let the line out real quick. The heavy weight will fall and pull down on the hook attached to the lure. If the lure is snagged on the bottom, that technique probably won't work though but it could work if whatever it is snagged on is above the bottom and the weight has somewhere to fall
