The little red ones might be my favorite, they have a flashlight mode when looking at something small, and the LED strip bends and has 2 joints so you can fold it a million different ways. Only problem with the red ones is they only have one brightness setting.
The black non-folding one has a dimmer switch. Both the black and red ones have little LED battery meters, they recharge with a micro USB cable so you could bring a power bank, and after using them awhile, I think they have honest lithium cells in there because I get tons of use out of them on a single charge.
