I own a sling bag and shoulder bag from their AGR line that I like, but the Entity 27 I bought for work/travel/short-hikes is something I've grown to dislike. The workmanship is nice and the pack itself is solidly built with some neat design features but the way it carries and its shoulder straps makes my back hurt after a while. I've been carrying the same items in a Mystery Ranch RoboFlip for the past few weeks, albeit for work only so far and it feels much better.
I'm eyeing their Coulee 40 as a dedicated hiking/travel bag next.
