>>1483287>>1483287When you do see multiple girls on IHCs it's usually with the USFS. From what I understand hiring diversity candidates can positively influence a district ranger's end-of-the year evaluation. So it's usually up to them and not so much up to the crew supt.
I don't think the BLM has that same system so you don't see girls as often on crews under the Interior. I don't even think the Silver State Hotshots hired any girls until 2016.
