Got a deal I couldn't refuse on the trailer itself.
Stripped off all the interior walls (1/4" plywood)
Threw in some insulation, outlet boxes, all new wiring.
Plumbed in propane.
Furnace I scored for way cheap, $250 or so, they usually go for ~$500 used, $700-ish new. Watched Ebay and found this one slightly-misspelled going for retarded cheap, nobody else bid on it.
Bunch of other little odds-n-ends to clean it all up and get it set up for my use, but overall it wasn't too bad.
Do need to go through it again in the next year or two, couple things I want to upgrade.
