First off, to get through this terrain you're gonna need to go through passes that already have well-established trails and roads.
Second, the fact that you aren't even sure what to pack on a trip and are about to try something this intense is questionable. Even if you have the physical capability to trek this, there are still plenty of other things to fuck up pretty bad.
Can you do this someday? Sure, probably. But not as a first extended solo trip
