>>193251That is extremely simple. Chickens love grass. Note how there's little to no grass left in the larger fenced area? The chickens were practically pushing me out of the way to get to the new patch of grass. Once the grass was down a bit in that section I'd move the chicken tractor to a new location.
That was before I had my main fencing finished. Now they have an acre of pasture land to run around with lush grass. Here's where they are now. (old pic)
That chicken tractor is what the latest bunch of chicks will go in as soon as they get a few more feathers.
