Doesn't matter what you ride as long as it has two wheels. Nothing like a ride to escape the stress.
Also, pay attention to Mule's posts. He's spot on and knows what he's talking about. I even saw him in /diy/ with electronics. Very knowledgeable guy.
>>351416I strongly recommend getting riding boots (don't have to be the huge power ranger ones) and riding pants. Even at low speeds jeans can get torn up and gravel embedded in your skin. It's not fun getting it scrapped out in the emergency room. And with proper foot protection you can avoid certain injuries that a shoe can not. I've seen heels get chewed up because the rider had sneakers on. My Puma's have a toe box and heel cup along with other motorcycle specific features that keep your foot safe and comfortable. Things like shift pads on the top are nice.
Pic related, the black with white stripe are the boots. They offer some ankle protection but not much. I intend to upgrade one day.
