Bury it underground, throw it in the ocean to make artificial reefs, use it for erosion control, crush it for gravel. You can build hibernacula for reptiles, or caves for bats out of old concrete.
I'm actually looking for slabs of demolition concrete to use in my backyard to build a retaining wall in my backyard. I'm not going to mortar it so snakes and other stuff can live in it.
Plastic is a million times worse. Plastic is environmentally inert which means it never breaks down. At least the sand, gravel, and lime in concrete eventually breaks down.
