I'v never seen a plant this small going to seed and expected it to grow 4-5 times bigger before attempting to seed, this fail is so huge that I'm almost impressed by this result, in that its spectacularly bad.
I mean, you'd expect it to die off, not make it at all, or grow well. This dwarf size and then seeding is not something I'v seen before.
