I tend to get my estrogen in bulk, I could take a years supply with me and make a small pilgrimage back to the world every year as needed, maybe pick up other supplies for the group while I'm there. I have about 15k saved up but could get another 5-10k if needed. You don't have to use certain pronouns or anything like that with me if that makes you more comfortable.
