Latex Gloves, because you cant help someone you dont know that its bleeding without it otherwise you risk catching diseased that are transimeted by blood.
In second place it would be a RCP mask because you cannot do proper RPC without this mask if the victim is bleeding from its mouth or needs RCP because of intoxication.
A kit like pic related would be ideal.
Bandages are not really a priority since you can use clothing to apply pressure and cover wounds and the same goes for tourniquets, specially with things like napkings, handkerchiefs, bandanas and such.
If it was an exclusively personal kit then some sort of disinfectant or maybe an adrenaline shot.
