This is my 18th century voyageur pack.
My haversack contains usually a day or two worth of food, jerky fruit, cheese potable soup base, a root vegi, bread and some rum or wine. Fishing kit and firesteel and a magnifying glass for fire and a spare knife added as well.
I have a french style bedroll which also doubles as a sleeping bag.
