What about people that actually own the property? Most of the spots id like to fish are actually on private property, figure that out from tax/property maps.
I have no idea what the laws are about when it comes to soley on the water however. Like not ever setting foot on the land.
Another odd question is what is considered their land if they dont own the body of water? If it floods over? if it's shallow from drought?
