One mod for the silicon mug as a bottle/cold soak: add a disc of metal under the silicon lid to reduce the contact with the silicon and food/water, since silicon leeches especially with fatty foods and you don’t want dat dere extra silicon in your body
I chose an inflatable pad instead of foam for volume but you could skip the sit pad too.
