I know it's not what are asking but it is somewhat related and might interest someone, during Camino I spoke with a boomer who did Via de la Plata (Mozarabe joins it) and according to him the middle of it was rather ogre and made him feel uncomfortable during a few stages because it was incredibly hot, lacked water, too many gypsy encounters and terrain itself was mostly scrubland, which most of it was to be expected desu. So all in all probably makes for one of the most challenging Camino.
