I bought the Sawyer mini.
Went on a day hike with friends in the UK Cotswolds on saturday. Found a nice, very clean looking stream. Filtered some water for all of us as nobody had enough water with them.
24 hours later and we are all violently throwing up. Knocked me out for two days.
Maybe I contaminated our water some other way, maybe I wasn't careful enough, but either way I have lost trust in the sawyer mini. First time using it and that happens. Just shows that the 'lol you don't need to filter water' crowd might be talking out their asses.
