Picrel is made by the same people who make Fallkniven knives: Hattori knives from Japan. It's called the Hattori S-51. It was commissioned by a military supplier to the ASEAN navy's (Asian version of NATO). They found a box of unassembled blades from the contract a number of years later, completed them, and sold them to the public. I managed to get one. The steel is quite soft due to it needing to be extremely stainless and tough = soft. But it's probably my favourite knife of all mine.
Check out this website, and you'll notice they are very similar to Fallkniven. That's because they are.
