Honestly you could go down the rabbithole with this shit and find ultra-paranoid people that refuse to use teflon, cast-iron, etc. and only cook with literal fucking rocks in the shape of frypans that cost $500 because they're so hyper-paranoid about toxic metals leaking into their food when the truth is yes, sometimes toxic metals leach into your food, but it would take a couple dozen lifetimes before it would actually start to do anything harmful to you. Meanwhile, UV radiation is several times more likely to give you skin cancer than eating out of aluminum ever will, and you're way more likely to die on your car drive out to the woods than anything else.
Just don't fucking worry about it. I use an Open Country 2qt aluminum kettle for basically everything. Sometimes a frypan from the same brand if I want bacon or some shit. Cost like $30 altogether. The only shitty part is that aluminum doesn't spread heat as well as cast-iron, but I only bring that shit if I have a goat or a horse or something
