I have been voicing my concerns about this since I arrived on /out/ a little over a year ago. It used to be so much worse! Sometimes, there was only one non-sharps related thread on the first page.
In my opinion, the janitors/mods need to do more to prevent sharpfaggotry. Sharp fags are the most serious threat to our blossoming board culture
Since knives are not really that big a part of going /out/, (like seriously, its just autism + faux phallus at this point) sharps fags should be limited to one circle jerk thread on the board. A sharps general. Maybe one for knives and one for hatchets/axes. But that's it!

I think we should be more like /k/ in how they have an AK thread, and AR thread. The front page isn't just random AR and AK comments, questions, reviews, like people do with axes and knives here.
Anyways, I'm working on my PHD dissertation on the correlation between knives and autism. Once completed, I'll post it here and finally be able real traction against this sharp faggorty, but untill then... i cringe to eternity.
... I am sorry but this subject makes me go off every single time..... Like knives and hatchets are not that friggan important. Just buy a decent one! Sharpen it! Take it out in the woods!
