>>2025030naah. you usually have some trees for shade in more humid areas and more overcast days. im from southern illinois and when I came to the southwest it kicked my ass. the sun will dry water on a rock in less the a minute. before I came all they said was "dry heat this dry heat that" but what they don't say is 100+ degrees is still hot af. the shade is very cool so indoors dry heat is great. it's bad when you are miles from any cover from trees or clouds with no water. people die of dehydration all the time. I work in a scissor lift most days and sometimes it feels like I'm in a frying pan compared to a humid sauna.
