not a gift. but a week ago I bought some fur from a local store that sells leather and fur and generally outdoorsman stuff. 17$ for a bag of miscellaneous fur scraps. I picked up muskrat although I had wanted fox because it seemed like the best of what was available. Anyway I stitched together the collar here on my hudson's bay camp coat. there wasn't enough black to do the whole collar so I used dark brown on the collar edges. The whole thing with the coat was natural materials so it doesn't singe easily next to a fire.
I did get a new 4 piece fly rod to replace my old workhorse which was on it's last legs
