I We became friendly regardless, and he would see me and toss me all sorts of live baits and lures, and I had good success with them. He knew his shit when it came to finding the hot bite, but knew nothing about species. Go with the flow like the waters you enjoy fishing. Sometimes it pays off and it's harmless. If you happen to get an irate boomer, push his frail ass in the water.
