Picrel is a quick mock-up of my design. A 4Lx4Wx4.5H (feet) pen with an enclosed top floor, hinged angled roof, a middle platform and ramps from ground to top, with the bottom enclosed with chicken wire, plus a small hatch in the lower and upper levels for “bird-grabbing”.
For this sort of scale and timeframe, what are some good alternative designs to consider? What modifications could I make or add to the perimeter to make it more safe from predators?
