I bought and planted loganberry (raspberry x BlackBerry) plugs like two months ago but they don't seem to be doing much/anything. Decided to dig one up today because they legit hadn't changed at all except for 2/7 got a green stalk about an inch or two long and that's it. Does this look like it has any hope or health? I got a jostaberry too from the same place that doesn't seem to want to come out of dormancy. It's been 50-80°F here for the past month. Like the top of these are as stiff as a board and do not bend enough to make me think they'll come back.
