I would cook like10 portions of bolognese at a time, and bag them up and freeze them I also made lots of coddle (

then i would have like grilled flattened chicken breasts and jacket potatoes and salad or tuna melts when i got tired of coddle or bolognese
but i think starting to execise a little and working up to more is the best way to gain weight, you don't feel like you are forcing yourself to eat
