Looking to get into backpacking. I've got a lot of random gear from when I was in the scouts as a kid, but no tent. I'm looking at a 70 dollar bessport tent (pic related) from amazon. Never heard of the company before, but I looked up some reviews of the tent and it seems solid. I'm planning on doing two or three day trips in the Adirondacks and don't want to shell out a ton of money because poorfag grad student. Would I be throwing away my money on chinesium shit or would it be a decent way of getting started?
