With an honourable mention to collies. The are great dogs till they get hot then they are useless. I've had some that will sit in the shade and look at me like I'm retarded when I tell then to do something and I've had others that needed to be restrained so they wouldn't work themselves till they fell over.
My mate said he shaved his dads collie once to see if he could stop it over heating, he said it worked but his dad wasn't impressed.
