Its a work in progress. Ill be using composted soil I already have in the beds, covered with about 6 inches of wood chips. The pathways will also get some wood chips for covering.
The fence is for deer, everything else is for moles , groundhogs, rabbits, etc..
I might put an olla (watering subterranean pot) in each bed for watering.
here is a rough list of what I want to grow
Tomatoes
carrots
peppers
Lettuce
Spinach
cucumber
corn
onions
almonds?
oatmeal?
Im either going to make the raised beds out of wood or cinder blocks, whichever is cheaper. Cinder blocks sounds easier if I can get them delivered.
Ive never done this as I said, please suggest away. Is 4 ft deep for 8 ft high fence posts a good depth?
