>>1105769When I bring my pepper plants indoors, for the winter, I prune them heavily. Sometimes they flower and fruit again 2 times over the winter. For the pollytunnels, it is all about having a large enough piece of plastic and some hoops. Most people have local access to grey, 1" dia, conduit pipe. I find it makes really quick hoops with plenty of room for pepper plants, if they are in the center. Any clear plastic sheeting works, even if it isn't specifically for greeenhouses/polytunnels.
>general receptionAnyone who saw it in person, basically went a bit crazy with praise and kid-like surprise. Though, 1 person went into a deep depression. Anyone who gardened already asked for seeds from just about everything and received some. A few people, who never gardened in their life, started gardening and using raised beds.
>>1105326>1/4 acreFYI, that's 10,890 square feet; which is an area a bit under 104.36 feet x 104.36 feet. The average garden, most people work with is only 600 square feet (24.5' x 24.5' ish); which is just about how much raised bed soil space I work. 1/4 an acre, of soil space, would be amazing.
