Here's my kit. Think I got everything. Ontario camper, so I have to dress for cooler weather. I've shown the warmer clothes too. Usually Canoe trip for a week or so. IMO if you don't paddle into the park it's not worth going. It's hardly camping at all unless there's a huge hike involved, just a weird car picnic. I usually get 4 - 9 hours into the park from where I parked my car to the first site. Often travel with 2-3 friends, and either have 1 kayak each or share up to 2 canoes.
Although I pack dry clothes in it on the way, the extra bag in the backpack is for food, so I can hang it up high cus bears, which is also why I bring the whistle.
The water jug is tied to the backpack on the side, and I'll often clip my sleeping bag/mattress to the outside of the bag as well. No guns, this isn't ma vidja.
I always bring my binoculars, and a nice towel although they don't have that in the game. The MRE type things I own have utensils packed inside.
