You should check out the Aleutian Islands. Most of them are uninhabited but you may be able to get permission to spend extended periods there or even purchase land. You will have to spend the fair weather season digging in and preparing for winter. There won't be much fuel for a fire available so you'll have to think about how to manage that. Ample seabirds and seafood though. You'll eat like a king with basic fishing and trapping skills, if you don't fuken die first.
