It will be attached to his play structure
I have a wall that is 17'h x 12w to work with. Really thinking of making all or half overhanging. With half there is some side wall to play with. Any ideas?
How much overhang would you recommend for 15' high wall?
How far apart do you recommend spacing holds?
Anyone ever make their own holds or bumps on a wall?
I want to seal it some how since it is a outdoor wall. Any one know how to seal it good against weather? mainly rain.
Are these "store" bought holds UV stable?
>How to course set?
Crimps n edging on lower section then bigger sloper holds, jugs, pockets up top? Or whaat? How would (you) set it up?
Will eventually try to make a traverse around the structure but for now it wil be short up route plastic bouldering for him..
safety wise what do you recommend?
Grigri, sand bag belay, 2 people, chest harness belay..ect..
The ground area is hard dirt. Should i dig it up and make a pit for falling off it? Should I buy landing pads or gym mats for him?
Thanks much for the help.
Any things I missed Please let me know. tia
