Reasoning behind not carrying first aid is that anything minor enough to be treated with band-aids and alcohol isn't serious enough to be a hinderance, moderately bad stuff I'll just bandage it with cloth from my t-shirt, crawl out through the pain and deal with the infection later, and anything serious I'm fucked anyway.
*had an unknown allergic reaction one morning with no history of any other allergies and no diet changes, but it tightened up my airway before resolving itself so not fucking around with that /out/side until I figure out what caused it
