I just picked up a Sierra designs flash 2 for under 200 dollars through my place of business (bicycle shop). It weighs in at under 4 pounds for a two person tent. I was told as a rule of thumb that it is wise to stay below three pounds per person so I think I did all right. It sets up in roughly 2 minutes and has two vestibules one of which can be enlarged with the aid of a trekking pole. Still want to waterproof it before I take it outdoors but definitely an upgrade from my eureka a-frame that's nine years old
