So...
Start with 1. Basic roof over your head.
Add 2 or 2&3 next.
Tile, deck or cement between sections..
Add 4. Remember this can be pretty much anywhere, but I did it like this so you have firewood storage and maximum deck space too. Imagine the stairs being enclosed.
Forgot to add water and chimney, but I'd set the fire up in 1 to begin with, then adjust it to go up inside 4 if/when you do it.
Shipping containers are cheap. Get cheap insulation by swapping cutoffs for beer, or ask at cool stores - they have it sitting around forever to replace sections when they're damaged.
