>>1295080It depends on too many factors. If you are really paranoid, cook it at boiling temps for 5 mins, since it will destroy the toxin. Only a handful of people get it per year, but all the other food poisoning out there people get sick form like 1 in 4.
I do dehydrating+vacuum packing, water bath canning, pressure canning, cold storage, and freezing. Dehydrating is about as much work as canning. Cold storage is as easy as possible, but requires a cellar with proper temp and humidity. Freezing is really limited due to space and defrost cycles. A freezer with a defrost cycle will destroy food long term.
