>>1121360I've been hammock camping a while, I own like 7 different ones. There's a lot of options out there.
If you want just a standard hammock, no but net, no frills, I think Dutchware is the gold standard. Lots of different fabric options, but the 1.6 Hexon is my favorite. I have one, and it's excellent.
If you want a bug net, the durchware chameleon, Dream hammock, Warbonnet blackbird, or Hennessey are the best out there pretty much, if consider Hennessey the bottom of that list, but they're still very nice.
If you get a double layer hammock, it makes the pad easy to insert between the layers.
There are lots of underquilts out there. Hammock Hear quilts are amazing. Their econ line is also affordable for a down quilt. Also other excellent quilts are Jacks R Better, Underground Quilts, and Loco Libre Gear.
If you want something a little cheaper and synthetic, Arrowhead Equipment makes great synthetic quilts.
The best bargin quilt is a snugoak underblanket. Its kinda heavy, but its like $50 is all. Sometimes cheaper even. I've seen them as low as $28 on amazon.
