Climbing is mostly just pulling, i.e. back muscles, biceps, forearms, a bit of hamstrings. If you only climb and do nothing else, then you will get a muscle imbalance which leads to bad posture and pain.
So train your chest, shoulders, triceps and some other neglected muscles.
I do push-ups, dips, overhead-press, planks, leg raises.
But when you get better at climbing you will also want to do hangs and pull-up variations besides climbing to improve your pulling.
