>>1876683Yeah I do this all the time to increase my temp ranges on dive In a bath tub with ice and so far I have found 3 good solutions to the cold. one is manual selective shivering where you feel for the coldest or most important part of your body and start manually shiver it at extreamly high speed, the closest thing I can discribe it as is if you ever woke and stretched your legs and they started shaking like a dogs leg. One way is is extremely intense breathy exersises which work pretty well but I cant usually make use of it on dives or I'll get light headed or poison myself off the tank. Anthor great way but requires some intense mind and body control that you have to practice for a long time to get down pat or have a extremely skilled teacher to learn from because everyone's minds and bodys are different and you must develop somewhat on your on. I use a combo of two-three methods dependent on the kind of dives I do.
