>>1892050I did my first deer alone, it wasnt too hard. Watch a ton of videos and try to download a good one to your phone. The diaphragm was the trickiest part for me, but you can get it done. Even if you fuck up a little and get some waste on the meat in the cavity, just rinse it with water or snow and trim around it on the butchering table. Tbh, the tarsal glands are a bigger concern to me than the guts accidently leaking.
