>>2226308I love wool and especially the M65 uniform, its quite stylish, but not the most optimal for winters. I find that most wool jackets are just too stiff and don't have the most optimal cut to seal up your body well.
I use wool as a mid layer with a hardshell outer, that is the most warm setup I have, but I do use the M65 pants regularly since they have good resistance against wind/cold/rain so they are perfect for rough weather. My commutes can get as cold as -20C and I've never had an issue being cold.
