My plan is to hike to the first best thing to open a camp (i know, stupid for a 1 day hike. But it's for practice, esp. making fire in the wet cold w/out bringing anything but lighter and matches.)
Is there anything else I should take? A hatchet maybe? more food?
Also, that's the best bag I have, no backpack whatsoever
