Any answer that suggests somewhere outside of these encircled areas is objectively wrong. These places are extremely hostile in their own ways, but there are no people and you could never be seen again if you're smart. The X's mean that small area is not part of the encircled area.
Antarctica is not on this map, but there with no inland species, the harshest climate on earth, and all the international red tape - it is a no go anyways.
