Entirely unlined leather boots are exceedingly rare anyway, all I know are william lennon, ww2 reproductions, danner bull runs, some varusteleka stuff (with brogue caps). The latter two of which do not apparently have soles suitable for the outdoors. I guess a good cobbler might exchange soles or include cushioning though.
