Guys, I need some suggestions regarding boots.
I know you all go for the classic leather boots, but what I demand is a boot that has the best grip on its sole.
I don't want walk onto the mountains always with feeling and thinking that I might slip at any moment and that I have to counter balance it.
Maybe I am asking for the impossible, but how do people walk on Cobble and feel safe/good about it?
Is my balance so shit, or maybe I am too lightweight? Obviously your weight plays a role.
See that picture? I was walking with the Vibram Mulaz sole on a full fledged mountain boot.
I couldn't find any grip on those loose stones.
Another thing is walking on wet stones.
I have tried all sorts of standard mountain boots of nowadays, even the light ones from Adidas, and I think they have the best sole regarding grip.
Too bad the shoes are uncomfortable as fuck and not designed for my flat feet.
