what do you use?
sharpening steel, whetstones, oilstones, doamond plate, sandpaper ?
share experience and techniques
pic is my setup, I use japanese whetstones of #300,#1000 and #3000 grit for my knifes and the rough oilstone on the right for my hatchet
whetstones are a bit tricky at first and its quite easy to botch the job, but if you learn it ptoperly they do an excellent job
