If you want a filet knoife, that is different. Bubba Knife is a popular one.
If you just want a knife to cut line, get whatever the hell you like. I got the orange Kershaw on clearance for real cheap and it does it’s job. I also carried around the little CRKT SPEW around a lot and it’s good for fishin and everything else because I can grab it so easily off my belt. Now I have this Izula and I’m sure that will cut line well, but it’s not stainless steel so it probably won’t love lots of saltwater and neglect like some others. You don’t need to go huge if you’re just cutting line and shit, sometimes a ~3” blade is a lot more useful than some 5.5” blade because it’s quick and easy to use.
