as far as food goes, it can easily be ul. I bring things that need boiling water for my two big meals, such as ramen noodles, instant mashed potatoes, easy mac etc. Tuna packs and granola bars for mid day snacks. I use a setup like this, just not that brand. I got a similar can attachment from ebay for around $10. used it dozens of times, very satisfied.
