Could any lawbros tell me the chances of him getting away scott free if he actually took it to court? It seemed pretty open and shut to me, it was a genuine misunderstanding and there were no damages done. I get why these strict campground rules exist in the Grand Canyon, because it's a desert and some dickheads laying their tent on fragile vegetation that could get irreparably damaged is bad. And I could understand pressing charges if this was the summer or something, but in the winter the tents are just resting on 4 feet of snow anyway.
